I understand that we are all shocked and we don’t know what to do, especially nung kaka- start pa lang ng Pandemic.
Here are some questions that you might ask:
(What is “Online Distance Learning”) and how does it work?
This is it.
Some of you, Dear Parents, have financial resources.
Even with the “Hybrid / Blended Learning Setup”, some of you attends a lot of Orientations about this new learning setup, coming from your School. Since yung ibang Parents ay hindi pa gaanong familiar about this, marami ang nagtatanong sa mga “School Administrators” about how this new learning setup works”? On the other hand, there are a few lucky Parents who can easily adjust with the 2 ever- changing “learning setups”, mapapa- sana all ka na lang, kaso “paano na lang yung ibang Parents na nahihirapan at hindi maka- adjust at maka- sabay agad sa mga changes na ito”?
We put all our time, energy and resources just to cope up in studying and doing these things, para makapag- assist or to monitor our children so they can do more and excel in their “Online” and “Hybrid / Blended Classes”.

But, everything happens for a reason. This Pandemic taught us a lot of lessons, which is to learn how to adapt with the “fast changes” in dealing with “different learning setups”.
As the years of Pandemic passed by, we learned na “okay lang at normal lang talaga na makaramdam ng ganitong feeling”, kasi we feel that our situation pushes us to go out of our comfort zone, so we can learn from it.
These are the things / experiences that “no one told us about”. Hindi natin ito ginustong mangyari pero we have no choice but to deal with it.
That’s why I wanted to help you on how to deal with the challenges bought by these 2 “learning set-ups” so that, you can have a “stress-free” and a “smooth transition” from the past 2 years of “Online Distance Learning” to “Hybrid/ Blended Learning setups”.
I want to share with you “EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT” what to do with “Online Distance Learning” (ODL) classes and “Hybrid / Blended Classes”.
I want to save you from spending too much time due to many months or years of researching and studying these “2 learning setups” to the point that you may lose your time management in monitoring your children’s studies, making time for your family and doing your work or job na baka mapabayaan mo ang mga ito.
LET ME INTRODUCE TO YOU…
“The Adaptable Parent” – ways on how to deal with the challenges in transitioning or adjusting from nerve- wrecking “Online Distance Learning” to a confident and smooth- flow of “Hybrid learning setup”, in this new normal.

NOTE: For representation purposes only. Tablet, Smartphone, and Physical Book Cover NOT INCLUDED.
This is an E-book made by a Teacher and a Class Adviser (yours truly), which are dedicated to Filipino Parents, who experienced to assist and monitor their child / children in their full “Online Classes” and “Hybrid / Blended Classes”.
The purpose of this E-book is to help you, Dear Parents, to have a “hassle free” of transitioning / moving to from being in a “nervous state of mind” when you assist or guide your children in the past 2 years of “Online Distance Learning Setup”, turning into a more “confident and calm state of mind” in guiding your children and their progress, until this present year of the “Hybrid / Blended Learning Setup” this School Year 2023 – 2024 onwards.
Unlike other “e- learning” and “Hybrid learning” books, articles and journals na isinulat ng mga “educational researchers” with Master’s Degree or Ph.D sa Pilipinas at galing ng ibang bansa o abroad.
This one is written sa perspective ng isang Filipino Teacher, na naka- experience ng lahat ng challenges at nahirapan sa pag- guide sa mga students, na nangangapa at nag-start from scratch, just like what you have experienced in guiding your children, Dear Parents. With this, you can understand it in a simpler way and applicable in our Filipino context, without “unfamiliar terms.”
This is not about promoting books and materials coming from certain educational institutions and government agencies with “complicated jargons”, na mahirap intindihin.
Hindi rin ito tungkol sa pag- apply ng tips para maka- survive sa 2 “learning setups” according to the context or situation from other countries like United States and others.
At lalong hindi kita i-eencourage to spend a lot for buying these paid research articles and journals about “Online Distance Learning” and “Hybrid / Blended Learning” setups, especially from other countries, that will cost you a lot of dollars.
So how does this work?
This will help to give you more knowledge about the “2 learning setups” so we are well oriented on how these learning setups / modalities will work, to break down the confusion.
I was being invited to a “Book Launch” headed by “Write University” last (August 12, 2023), together with my Mentor, Sha Nacino:

Through this Virtual Event, I was able to share the story behind this E-book, in order to inspire you more, Dear Parents.
